Where does 10 Knots ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. (including U.S. territories) and Canada. As a young brand, we understand the importance of reaching far and wide, but we’re not offering international shipping just yet.

Ground orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, based on package weight, size, and fastest delivery option.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer easy, affordable, flat rate shipping at $6.90 per order and FREE SHIPPING is offered for all orders over $250.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

How will I know when my package has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from 10 Knots Clothing. Then you can follow the path straight to your home.

We understand that returns happen, and we strive to make the process simple. 10 Knots will accept any damage-free, unworn products within 14 days of receipt for return or exchange.

We are committed to inclusive sizing and offer our shorts in sizes XXS to XXL. If you feel you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down. Please review our sizing guide. For further questions, please contact one of our crew here, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right product and size for you.

CARE QUESTIONS

For our Shorts we recommend: Machine Wash Cold and Hanging to Dry. Due to the elastic waistband and nature of the fabric we do not recommend drying. If you have any specific questions on product care, please contact our crew here.
